NeuroCraft, owned and operated by Freedom Coast Innovations, is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our app.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following information:

• Account Data: Your name (as you enter it), your Apple ID user identifier from Sign in with Apple, and, if you use community features, a chosen username and a randomly generated friend code • Gameplay Data: Level progress, scores, streaks, accuracy, achievements, virtual currency balance, cosmetic selections, and session history • AI Interactions: Quiz topics and preferences you enter, which are used to generate game content • Device Data: Device model, OS version, and crash or diagnostic logs via Apple's standard tools

Camera: If you scan a friend's QR code, the camera is used solely for live scanning. No photos or video are captured, stored, or transmitted.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To generate personalized quizzes and game content • To save and sync your progress, purchases, and customizations across your devices • To operate optional social features you choose to use • To process payments and manage subscriptions via Apple In-App Purchase • To respond to user support inquiries • To improve app performance and reliability

4. How We Share Your Data

We do not sell your personal information, and NeuroCraft contains no third-party advertising. We may share limited data with:

• Service providers that operate app functionality (described below) • Legal authorities if required by law or to protect our rights • A successor entity in the event of a business transfer (e.g., merger or acquisition)

4A. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party providers to help operate NeuroCraft:

• AI content generation (OpenAI): the topics and game parameters needed to generate content are sent through our secure server. No name, email, Apple ID, or other personal identifier is attached to these requests. • Cloud storage and sync (Apple iCloud / CloudKit): your progress and settings are stored in your private iCloud database. • Payments (Apple In-App Purchase): Apple processes all payments; we never see your payment details.

These services may access limited data to perform their functions and are governed by their own privacy policies.

4B. Community Features

Participation in NeuroCraft's social features is voluntary. Users who choose not to use them can use the rest of the app normally.

Limited Social Data. If you participate, the following may be visible to your approved friends, subject to your sharing settings: your username, your avatar, your journey level, selected gameplay statistics, and your day streak. You can hide any of these globally or from specific friends at any time.

Friend Connection Security. Users cannot be searched or discovered publicly. Friends can only be added by voluntarily sharing a friend code or scanning a QR code.

Cloud Storage. Community data such as your shared player card, friend requests, and duel challenges are securely stored using Apple iCloud infrastructure (CloudKit).

5. Data Retention & Security

We retain user data as long as your account is active. We use secure infrastructure and access controls to protect your data, but no system is completely secure.

6. Your Rights & Data Deletion

You can delete your account and associated profile data directly in the app (More → account options). You may also request access to, modification of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at the email below.

7. Children's Privacy

NeuroCraft is not intended for users under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep NeuroCraft available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, including availability of AI content generation.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy and will notify users of significant changes.
